CSR and ESG Survey Service Across the Supply Chain Via the Meister SRM™ Portal

The Meister SRM™ Portal is a one-stop portal service designed to strengthen and advance supply chains. It connects manufacturing-related companies, promotes the sharing and exchange of information between them, and provides a range of partner services to support business activities.
In June 2024, we launched a CSR and ESG survey service on the Meister SRM™ Portal that covers the entire supply chain. This service allows a company to assess the status of its business partners and their respective supply chains by using pre-loaded, industry-standard CSR/ESG survey templates and a direct messaging function between businesses and operation sites. Companies can send survey requests to their partners and affiliated businesses and centrally manage all responses, regardless of their tier in the supply chain. The launch of this service is expected to streamline various survey operations for companies throughout the supply chain. It will also enhance communication among affiliated companies, thereby contributing to the promotion of corporate CSR and ESG initiatives.
