Designed to perform compact and energy-efficient pretreatment, Habuki™ enhances treatment capacity and delivers energy-saving benefits compared to conventional oxidation ditch treatment.
With Habuki™, we aim to optimize facility scale and reduce running costs, contributing to solving our customers’ challenges.
Driven by this vision, we launched “Habuki™” in 2024.

・Used as a pretreatment device for the OD method
・Employs a three-dimensional mesh-structured rotating fiber unit
・Combines with beneficial microorganisms (Bacillus species)

Feature 1: Reductions in costs
Quickly reduces the reaction tank load, and reduces the power consumed by aeration in the reaction tank.
- BOD: biochemical oxygen demand, the amount of oxygen required to decompose organic matter in the water (mg/l)

High-load operation with a very large volume of microorganisms can reduce the number of reaction tank lines.

*2 Nutrient: Main component is a mineral used to dominate useful microorganisms. The nutrient dilutes the undiluted solution and feeds it to the system.
*3 Since outlet water of Habuki™ contains return sludge, the solubility BOD and T-N are measured.
