Speedy positioning that contributes to time reduction
Patient Positioning system
Toshiba's positioning system automatically computes the deviation in position between the reference image obtained in advance by the treatment planning CT and X-ray image in the treatment room, followed by the adjustment of robotic couch position. The system provides quick and precise positioning and reduces the treatment time.
Robotic couch
Toshiba's robotic couch using a 7-axis arm moves smoothly and swiftly. The design of the robotic couch considers human friendliness for both of patient and medical staff; to alleviate the patient's burden and to provide easy operation.
