SCiB™ modules consist of multiple cells to obtain necessary voltage and capacity. They are used to build battery systems for motive*, industrial, stationary, and other applications.

Stationary battery energy storage systems consist of multiple modules. Toshiba provides SCiB™ systems for public and industrial applications as well as large-scale battery energy storage systems for use in power plants.
