On June 24, Toshiba re-corrected its announcement of FY2015 financial results, “(Correction of Financial Data) Toshiba's Consolidated Results for Fiscal Year 2015, to March 31, 2016 (US GAAP),” released on May 23, 2016.

Toshiba corrected the number of consolidated subsidiaries in its June 24 announcement, “(Re-correction) Toshiba's Consolidated Results for Fiscal Year 2015, to March 31, 2016 (US GAAP)”. However, further examination has revealed the omission of other companies, mainly operating under the umbrella of overseas affiliate companies. (July 28, 2016)
