Cyber Physical System

The plants, systems, and components produced by Toshiba have a huge amount of "master-data" in their design and manufacturing. In addition, when they are installed and used at industrial fields, the "field-data" such as site location information and process data according to operations are generated. These are combined with valuable "maintenance-data" held by customers and also "public-data", and are analyzed using modeling and analysis methods unique to Toshiba that knows the physical phenomenon and behavior very well. New customer values are created by feedback the results to plants, systems and components again. We are developing Cyber Physical System (CPS) based on this concept.
