Toshiba Named a Clarivate Top 100 Global Innovator for the 14th Consecutive Year

TOKYO—Toshiba Corporation has once again been selected for the Clarivate Top 100 Global Innovators 2025, the annual list of the world’s most innovative companies published by Clarivate Plc, a global information services company. This marks Toshiba’s 14th consecutive year receiving this prestigious recognition since the award was first introduced in 2012.
The award honors the top 100 companies and organizations that have maintained a competitive edge in the global innovation ecosystem and demonstrated outstanding innovation performance, as evaluated by Clarivate's unique methodology based on worldwide patent data.

The Standards of Conduct for Toshiba Group, guidelines for employees in their daily activities, define basic policies on respect for IP rights:
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations associated with patent law, copyright law and other intellectual property rights laws
- To protect the results of intellectual activities with intellectual property rights, make extensive use of those rights
- To respect the legitimate intellectual property rights of third parties
