TOKYO—Toshiba Corporation (TOKYO: 6502) is once again on the Clarivate Top 100 Global Innovators™ 2023, the annual listing of the world’s most innovative companies published by Clarivate, a global information services company.

Introduced in 2012, as the Top 100 Global Innovators report, the Clarivate listing is now an internationally recognized yardstick for corporate creativity. Toshiba featured in the first list, and today is one of a very select group that has made the cut every year, for 12 years in a row.

This award recognizes the 100 companies and organizations that are at the top of the global innovation ecosystem and continually demonstrate outstanding innovation performance, as evaluated by Clarivate's unique methodology based on worldwide patent data.

The Standards of Conduct for Toshiba Group, guidelines for employees in their daily activities, define basic policies on respect for IP rights:

• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations associated with patent law, copyright law and other intellectual property rights laws
• To protect the results of intellectual activities with intellectual property rights, make extensive use of those rights
• To respect the legitimate intellectual property rights of third parties
