Reporting Policy
When disclosing information related to environmental activities, we report truthfully the issues that are material for both our stakeholders as well as Toshiba Group.
Organizations Covered in Reports
In principle, the reports cover Toshiba Group (Toshiba Corporation and Toshiba Group companies worldwide (253 consolidated subsidiaries)). For reports that do not cover Toshiba Group, the organizations covered are described separately.
Scope
This report focuses on the results of activities from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 (FY2022). It also includes some activities continuing from the past as well as more recent ones.
Time of Information Update
In September 2023 onward (previously issued in October 2022), information that must be disclosed immediately is updated as such.
