個人情報保護方針・特定個人情報保護方針

東芝インフォメーションシステムズ株式会社（以下、当社といいます）は、お客様のプライバシー・個人情報を保護（以下、個人情報保護と総称します）することが社会的責務であると考えております。近年のインターネットをはじめとする情報技術の急速な進展、および個人情報保護に対する社会的要請の高まりに伴い、特にウェブ上での個人情報保護の取り扱いについて、次のとおり「個人情報保護方針」を定めています。また、特定個人情報の取り扱いについて、関係法令等を遵守します。

1. 個人情報に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守します。
2. 当社がお客様から提供いただく個人情報は、提示した利用目的の範囲内でのみ利用致します。なお、弊社サービスに関するお問合せで提供頂く連絡先情報については、当社からお客様への商品又はサービスのご提供やご紹介、又はご案内させていただく目的に使用させていただく場合がございます。また、調査が目的で情報の収集を行う場合は、集計作業を第三者へ委託させていただく場合がございます。
3. 個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保つとともに、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、き損等の予防に努め、情報セキュリティの向上、是正を継続的に実施します。
4. 個人情報を保護し、収集、管理、活用する場合は適切な目的かつ公正な方法で行います。そのための仕組み(個人情報保護マネジメントシステム)を構築・維持し、継続的に改善いたします。
5. 当社は、匿名加工情報を取扱う場合、法令で求められた取扱い制限を守り、基準を満たす加工を行うと共に、適切な安全管理措置を行い、速やかに必要な情報の公開をいたします。
6. お客様からの弊社個人情報の取扱に関するお問合せ、苦情、開示等のご請求に誠実かつ迅速に対応いたします。

当社は、2004年3月にJIS Q15001に準拠した個人情報保護プログラムを制定、2005年3月に（社）情報サービス産業協会（JISA）の審査を受け、個人情報について適切な取り扱いが行われている企業に与えられる『プライバシーマーク』を取得しています。

お客様を識別できる情報を指すこととします。お客様を識別できる情報とは、お客様の氏名、年齢、生年月日、電話番号、メール・アドレス、住所、勤務先、お問い合わせ等の情報で、この内のひとつまたは複数の組み合わせにより、お客様個人を特定することのできる情報を意味するものとします。

社会保障・税番号制度における、個人番号（マイナンバー）や個人番号（マイナンバー）に対応する符号をその内容に含む個人情報のことです。

当社が取り扱う個人情報の利用目的については、個人情報の利用目的の掲載頁を、特定個人情報の利用目的については、特定個人情報の利用目的の掲載頁をご覧ください。
当社に取り扱いを委託された個人情報は、履歴管理サービスや伝票の印刷・発送サービス等の情報処理サービスを業として行うために取り扱います。なお、当社が提供する一部のサービス（当社が運営するウェブサイトのサービスを含む）では、お客様から個人情報をご提供いただけない場合はご利用できないものがあります。

当社のウェブ・サイトにリンクされている他のウェブ・サイトにおけるお客様の個人情報の安全保護については、当社が責任を負うことはできません。当社以外のウェブ・サイトにおける個人情報の保護に関しましては、ご自身で直接確認またはお問い合わせする等、個人情報の安全を確保されるようお勧めいたします。

お客様が当社に提供したご自身の個人情報・特定個人情報について、以下の様なご要望がありましたら下記よりお問い合わせください。当社にて保管しております複数の情報と照合し、お問い合わせがお客様ご自身からであることが当社にて確認できた場合に限り、対応いたします。

提供した個人情報・特定個人情報を確認したい。

提供した個人情報・特定個人情報を修正・削除してほしい。

なお、個人情報保護方針・特定個人情報保護方針に関するお問い合わせ、個人情報・特定個人情報の取り扱いに関する苦情・相談等もお受けしております。原則としてお問い合わせに費用はかかりません。ただし、開示の請求、利用目的の通知の請求につきましては有料とさせていただきます。

1. Our Company complies with the laws concerning personal data handling and other rules.
   
2.  Personal data provided by customers will be used only within the scope of the intended use presented. Our Company may use the contact information provided in inquiries about our services for the purpose of providing, introduction, or guiding customers. In addition, in the event that surveys are used to collect information, Our Company may outsource the aggregation process to a third party.
   
3. While maintaining the accuracy and up-to-dateness of personal data, Our Company strive to prevent unauthorized access to personal data or the leakage, loss, or damage of personal data and continually enhances and remediates information security management.
   
4. When protecting, collecting, managing and utilizing personal data, Our Company will do so with appropriate purposes and in a fair manner. Our Company will establish, maintain and continuously improve a Mechanism (Personal data Protection Management System) for this purpose.
   
5. When handling anonymized processing information, Our Company comply with the handling restrictions required by laws and regulations, perform processing that satisfies the bases, implement appropriate safety management measures, and promptly disclose necessary information.
   
6. Our Company will respond to inquiries from customers regarding the handling of our personal data , complaints , and requests from customers for disclosure of personal data sincerely and without delay.
   

In March 2004, Our Company established a personal data protection program in compliance with JIS Q 15001, and in March 2005, Our Company received the Privacy Mark, which is granted to companies that are appropriately handling personal data, performing an examination by Japan Information Technology Service Industry Association (JISA).

Refers to information that can identify customers. Information that can identify customers means information such as the customer's name, age, date of birth, telephone number, email address, address, work address, inquiries, etc. that can identify individual customers by 1 or more of these combinations.

2. Personal data handled by Our Company is handled in order to perform information processing services as a business, such as employee management services, payroll accounting services, and slip printing and shipping services.
3.  Personal data provided to Our Company to apply for our services will be used to the extent necessary to provide such services.
4. When customer register personal data in the information services Our Company provide, Our Company will manage access rights to the information system and use it for the electronic telephone directories for group companies. Therefore, Our Company will jointly use the personal data registered in the information services only among Toshiba Group companies.
5. Please note that some services provided by Our Company (including services offered on websites operated by Our Company) may not be available if the customer does not provide personal data.
