Introduction
Visitors from all security sectors visited the Toshiba booth
& expressed interest in Toshiba's C-UAS Solutions.
Toshiba participated in the International Security Expo'23 from September 26 to 27, 2023. Toshiba displayed an RF Sensor, a Long-Range Radar, an Autonomous Hunting Drone and introduced a Portable C-UAS Solution.
Due to the impact of the ongoing tense situation in Europe, we received more interest in our C-UAS solutions from visitors than last year, indicating a growing call for countermeasures against the risk of drones. Visitors from more than 30 countries passed by our booth.
Hundreds of visitors gathered from over 30 countries.
Keen interests were shown to the exhibits and presentation.
The number of visitors to our booth at this year's exhibition increased by approximately 30% compared to last year. In addition, many of the visitors were in the security industry, and we received a lot of interest not only in our products and but our presentations as well.
The portable C-UAS Solution caught the attention of many visitors and is unique to the industry. The solution is developed and optimized for the use of on-the-field, carriable, and able to set up the hardware within 5 minutes by a minimum of 2 personnel. With its usability, we received positive feedback from visitors.
Increasing demand for countermeasures against the risk of drones and a sense of excitement in the market.
It was our third time exhibiting at the show, and with many other exhibitors showing C-UAS solutions in addition to ours, was an indication that the industry is growing more than ever before. A few of the visitors have been engaged in drone countermeasures, and we received a lot of concrete feedback from them, including their sense of the challenges they face and their requests.
In Europe, where the threat of drones is very close to home, we believe that our solution will contribute to creating safe airspace.
